   Editing results depend on many factors—camera sensor, lighting, white balance, color profile, Adobe Lightroom version, user skill, and artistic preference. We do not guarantee that our presets will achieve any particular look or outcome on your images.

5. Compatibility & Updates
   We list supported software (Adobe Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC). However, we can’t guarantee compatibility with every version or future update. Back up originals and test presets on duplicates rather than irreplaceable files.

6. Third-Party Links & Integrations
   The Service may link to or integrate third-party tools (e.g., Wop, Wix apps, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those external sites or services. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Intellectual Property
   All presets (.xmp files), branding assets, text, graphics, and other content are owned by ColorReel (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license—not ownership. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing files in any form is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
   Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a download is completed, except where required by law.

9. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
   If you believe content on ColorReel infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to maxheld438@yahoo.com. Include (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) URL of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact info, and (d) a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.

    This disclaimer and any disputes arising from your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
