Because ColorReel sells intangible, instantly-delivered Lightroom presets, every purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download link appears or the file is otherwise made available. This strict stance helps prevent duplication, unauthorized sharing, and other misuse that can’t be reversed with digital goods.

2. License & Permitted Uses

When you buy a preset pack you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the files on multiple devices you own and to apply the presets to both personal and client work. You may not:

• Resell, gift, rent, sublicense, or upload the presets to any sharing site.

• Claim the presets themselves as your own creation.

• Repackage or bundle the files with other products.
